Clinic Today

Clinic today went by very fast, I felt a little strapped for time. I feel good about passing off my PE. I could have used more time for scaling the anteriors. I thought the intra-camera was really cool I like it alot. I feel like I am getting faster with things. I am getting use to putting everything together. I'm excited to start scaling posterior teeth.

Today was really fun, I really felt like I was understanding things. I went home and practiced exploring which I feel lots better about. I passed off my probing PE which I felt much better about. Our instructor today was really helpful. I also like not charting today and just worked on our typodont and each other. Overall I really enjoyed today, it was a good wed.

Today was one of the most difficult days for me in clinic so far, I passed off the exploring PE which I still need to work on alot. I felt like we have practiced probing more than exploring. I liked learning about the different interestments, it starting making more sense what was what. I feel really overwhelmed today, but I'll get through it.

Clinic was way fun today, I really like using the disclosing agent on each other. I never realized how easy it is to miss places when flossing and brushing. I'm starving my lunch was not very good today. Anyways I passed off to PE's the eagle soft one and pen grasp, I felt very comfortable with both of them. I'm still haveing some problems with probing but today was overall a good day, but I'm not excited for the drive home.

Today was alot better as far as probing goes, I felt like I was getting the angles better. I pasted off my extra-oral PE which I was nervous about. I feel lots better about the green sheet and am feeling more comfortable with the blue sheet but not completely. I need to work understanding the blue sheet a little better. Overall I felt I am understanding things.

Today was really frustrating while probing I felt like I couldnt get into the sulcus very well, but i'm sure with practice i'll get better. I passed on my extra oral PE which I felt good about. I think things are coming together better with charting and doing over and over again.

Today was really fun and scary because we did probing on each other. I feel more comfortable with understanding how to read a probe after today, but I still need to work on the technique of using it. Practice makes perfect, I need to practice on the mandible and lingual sides because we did have enough to get to that today in class. It was fun actually putting everything that we learned in class and on the modules together in clinic.
